Patient Participation Group

Your Health, Our Concern, Your Responsibility

Patient  Group (PG) is a forum for patients who are interested in health issues including health care of their community. The group works closely with the practice. At meetings, the group will discuss health care issues, patient/practice matters, health promotion and education, disease prevention, NHS changes and any relevant topic related to health.

At Church End, we have a Patient Group up and running. We are the FIRST IN BRENT to be a member of the National Association of Patient Participation. The group meet regularly every two months at the Unity Centre in Church Road.

Meetings are open to all patients from our practice.

Dear Patient,

We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff.

To help us with this, we have set up a virtual patient representation group so that you can have your say. We will ask the members of this representative group some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received. We will contact you via email and keep our surveys brief so it shouldn’t take too much of your time.

We aim to gather patients from as broad a spectrum as possible to get a truly representative sample. We need young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.
