Heart Failure Education & Awareness Event on Thursday 17th July 2025

Brent ICP are hosting a Heart Failure Education & Awareness Event on Thursday 17 July 2025, from 10am–1pm at the Unity Centre Harlesden for patients/family/carers.

The session aims to educate patients more about their condition, medication, diet, health checks, and an opportunity for Q&A with health experts – empower patients to manage their health with confidence.
