Additional Appointments during the Festive Period

Harness PCN provided additional GP and nurse appointments for all patients registered in Brent during the Christmas Bank Holidays and New years. Patients were booked via 111, UCC and A&E redirection. This helped relieve pressure on our partners in secondary care as they were short staffed due to industrial strikes.

Seen by a friendly nurse who explained the importance of taking the treatments correctly. The waiting time was short, the place is clean and well organized. Overall, from the reception and the consultation the service was very good.

I received an out of hours call back with Dr Karen J Trivedi yesterday and I just wanted to say he was the best doctor I have ever spoken to! He listened, explained his thought process and made me feel heard and hopeful again.
I was not aware this service exists, but I am very appreciative as I feel I’m getting the help I need to address some long standing concerns.

Outstanding service. I called their out of hour service on Saturday 23/12/23 as I had Sinusitis. I was in a lot of pain and I could not see myself getting well sooner. But the doctor who consulted me on the phone was compassionate and felt how congested I was. He prescribed me the right medication, which made me recover faster. Thank you so much for helping me as I couldn’t see myself celebrating Christmas this year. This experience was probably the most painful sinusitis I ever felt. Although I am still convalescent but I was able to celebrate Christmas with my family.

The doctor that I saw was really helpful and supportive, and it was clear that he is an expert in this field, as he came across as very knowledgeable as well as being approachable. Came out of my appointment feeling uplifted.
